骨質石化症（Osteopetrosis）：病例報告

Osteopetrosis: A Case Report

這篇文章目的是敘述診斷骨質石化症。一名五十二歲女性於二十四歲時因X光片的變化（rugger-jersey spine）（圖一）被診斷為骨質石化症。另外，於1997年11月時，因為關節後及其他症狀，被診斷為類風濕性關節炎。2000年9月時，健康檢驗中發現肝功能指數上升（GOT=968 IU/L, GPT=868 IU/L），入院後檢查發現有C型肝炎。類風濕性關節炎的部分，X光片沒有類風濕性關節炎的自然變化；且無符合類風濕性關節炎的診斷標準（包括三個或以上的關節炎痛，手腕和掌指關節腫，對稱的關節腫大，皮下結節）。我們認為關節痛來自於骨質石化症，而類風濕性關節炎的診斷被排除。

The purpose of this study was to describe our estimation and certification of a case of osteopetrosis. The 52 years old female patient has visited our hospital due to lower back pain 28 years ago. The X -ray image showing rugger-jersey spine (Fig. 1) led a favor of osteopetrosis at that time. Besides, the rheumatoid arthritis (RA) was highly suspected due to joint pain and other symptoms in Nov 1997. The elevated liver function (G0T=968 IU/L, GPT=868 IU/L) was detected in Aug 2000. After admission, the hepatitis C was noted, but no natural course changing in RA was found by image study. Neither some criteria of RA including arthritis of three or more joints, swelling of MCP (metacarpophalangeal) and wrist, symmetric joint swe11ing and subcutaneous nodules were found. Our work shows that her osteopetrosis is favored and the RA is excluded, and suggests an identification access to osteopetrosis.
