Entrepreneurship is the mainstream in business society and the additional values could lead more job opportunities open, following with increasing ratio in employment, and also expand the economical scope. The entrepreneurial operators in the face of highly competitive environment, the need to consider many factors, ignoring a factor may cause business failure. Therefore, how to improve the entrepreneurial performance of entrepreneurs to stand out, to obtain a competitive advantage position, the necessary key factors for success, but the current business management practice is very important subject. Secondary data collection and analysis were taken as the major strategy of this study; in-depth interviews, and select one successful start-up companies as the interview object, In order to find out the entrepreneurial motivation, development process related to business model and also the way in which startups respond in a competitive and constantly changing environment. The authors strive to find the characteristics of the needs of new business to provide the existing strategies for future entrepreneurs and more practical references for a greater development. |
