應用物件導向統一塑模語言於遠距醫療系統之模式建構

Using Object-Oriented Unified Modeling Language on Telemedicine Modeling

近年來，因經濟發展快速，人們對醫療保健的需求日益增加，也開始重視醫療保健等相關問題，為解決人口老化、醫療費用不斷升高、醫護人力短缺等不足，許多先進國家積極投入並發展遠距醫療及照護機制。透過遠距照護服務，建構居家、社區及機構的照護模式，串聯各式醫療照護模式以提升整體高齡者之照護品質。本研究透過物件導向與統一塑模語言方法分析血壓之遠距醫療系統，瞭解使用者與系統間的互動及關連性。透過使用者需求分析，瞭解使用者使用系統時可能出現的情境，包括平時測量與記錄、歷史資料查詢、諮詢服務和緊急狀況等。根據個別情境進行使用個案分析，找出使用者為醫生或病患，以及相關使用的功能及流程。為便於理解和溝通繪製使用案例圖，以視覺化的方式描述系統的架構及功能，並分析系統可能存在的類別，及其屬性與操作名稱。期望作為未來開發遠距醫療相關系統之程式設計師及醫院參考的依據。

Recently, people pay more attention on the healthcare issue accompanied with the growth of the economic. To improve the problems of the population aging, high medical cost and medical staff shortage, many countries actively invest in developing the system of the telecare. The telecare system connects the home, community and medical institute to upgrade the quality of aging healthcare. This study used object-oriented design and UML (Unified Modeling Language) to analyze the relationship and interaction between the user and the telecare system. Through user demand analysis, this study aggregated four general scenarios included measuring and recording, history record searching, counseling, and emergency dealing. According to the user case analysis, this study found out some procedures and the user of system, which include the patient and the doctor. To communicate conveniently with the system designers, we used many visual pictures to describe the interaction between the user and system. The results of this study expected to provide some reference for developing the telecare system in the future.
