With the military service system transformation, the force declining manpower in recent years and unable to meet the manpower needs. At the time, the promotion of volunteer military officers is very difficult and the welfare policies shrinking. These professionally trained and experienced officers turnover after basic service constitutes. Senior staff can't teach their techniques to the new staff and also can't share their experience to the new staff. In this study, the researcher use AHP and Delphi method survey to search the key factor of volunteer military personnel stay in the military to improve the willingness of stay in military. Nurturing talent was not easy, in the ensuing policy development the Government should be strengthened for identity and sense of responsibility for the troops and also strengthened for the officers of family care. The officers do not to worry about their families so they can concentrate in the combat training. Their families will support them willing to stay in the military. |
