青少年對於早餐的態度及行為意向值得家長與教育相關單位重視,本研究針對高雄市國中學生營養均衡早餐之意向做調查,以計畫行為理論為基礎,採問卷調查法,抽取高雄市國中生1200位,有效問卷共1137份。問卷數據採用描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、相關分析、迴歸分析等統計方法。依據分析結果發現,態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制會因背景變項不同而有差異,國中生對營養均衡早餐的態度、主觀規範及知覺行為控制與行為意向皆呈現顯著正相關,其中又以態度和知覺行為控制的相關性較為顯著。此研究結果可使家長了解國中生對於均衡飲食之認知情形,並提供教育單位作為推動營養均衡課程之參考。
英文摘要
Teenagers’ attitudes and behavioral intentions toward balanced breakfast ought to be regarded by parents and the education authority. This study aimed to investigate the balanced breakfast intentions of the junior high school students in Kaohsiung city. It was conducted on the basis of the theory of planned behavior via questionnarie survey method. The researcher samples 1200 participants from the junior high school students in Kaohsiung city, and 1137 valid copies were collected. Statistical analysis methods including descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's product-moment correlation and multiple regression analysis were used to analyse the quantitative data. Based on the research findings, attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control and behavioral intentions varied with the disparities in demographic variables. The junior high school students’ attitudes, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control toward balanced breakfast. Above all, it had a significant impact on attitudes and perceived behavioral control. These research results enable parents to understand the cognitive situation of a balanced breakfast of junior high school students. It can also provide the education authority to promote the nutritionally balanced courses.
