數據分析技術應用於台灣高齡者居住環境選擇之研究

A study on Living Environment Selection for Aging Society with Data Analysis Technologies

根據行政院經建會人口推估報告，台灣將於2018年進入「高齡社會」，2025年進入「超高齡社會」，高齡者的需求將成為重要的社會照護指標。本研究針對高齡者居住之需求，挑選七個參考因子：醫療、治安、縣市財政、房價、交通、不舒服指數和居住安全，使用數據分析中的決策樹分析和類神經網路技術，找出適合高齡者居住的環境。此研究結果將能提供高齡者在台灣選擇居住時的重要參考。

Taiwan is set to become an aged society in 2018,and an super-aged society in 2025. The social care for elderly is more and more important in Taiwan. This paper proposes a living environment selection study for elderly with data analysis technologies: Decision Tree and Neural Network. The results will be significant needs for social care in Taiwan aging society.
