With the growing issues and reports on corporate social responsibility (CSR), the whole world begins to reflect on the relationship among corporate, society and environment. This study investigated the relationship between CSR and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Furthermore, we analyzed the moderation effect of ethical climate, which scholars rarely discussed before. The study received 400 valid questionnaires in total and used hierarchical regression analysis to test hypotheses. The results showed: CSR has significant positive impact on organizational citizenship behavior; the ethical climate has partial effects on the relationship between CSR and OCB. Finally, this study offered relevant suggestions for practitioners and further researchers. |
