The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the effect of servant leadership on team effectiveness. The methodology of this study was mainly a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire was “The Effect of Servant Leadership on Team Effectiveness” with samples taken by project members in two technology companies aimed at project management. There are 323 valid samples. According to the collected data, the current study analyzed them by using statistical methods such as : Independent-Sample t Test, One way ANOVA and Multiple Regression Analysis. The first step is to test how team members with various backgrounds differ in the perception of project manager’s servant leadership and team effectiveness. Secondly, the current study further investigated the relationship between these two constructs. The results are as follows: (1) the perception of team members with diverse backgrounds differ significantly in project manager’s servant leadership, (2) the perception of team members with diverse backgrounds differ significantly in team effectiveness, (3) the project manager’s servant leadership highly associates with the team effectiveness. |
