The Relationship between Servant Leadership and Team Effectiveness

本研究旨在探討專案經理服務領導是否會影響團隊效能。本研究採用問卷調查法，使用「服務領導對於專案團隊與團隊效能之關係研究調查問卷」，以2大專案性質科技公司的專案成員為樣本，有效樣本為323份。根據所蒐集的資料，以獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析及逐步多元迴歸分析等統計方式進行分析與處理。首先考驗不同背景的團隊成員對專案經理服務領導與團隊效能的知覺是否有差異，並進一步探討專案經理服務領導與團隊效能之間的關聯性。研究結果顯示：（1）不同背景的團隊成員知覺專案經理服務領導行為上有顯著差異，（2）不同背景的團隊成員知覺團隊效能上有顯著差異，（3）專案經理服務領導與團隊效能有顯著相關。

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the effect of servant leadership on team effectiveness. The methodology of this study was mainly a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire was “The Effect of Servant Leadership on Team Effectiveness” with samples taken by project members in two technology companies aimed at project management. There are 323 valid samples. According to the collected data, the current study analyzed them by using statistical methods such as : Independent-Sample t Test, One way ANOVA and Multiple Regression Analysis. The first step is to test how team members with various backgrounds differ in the perception of project manager’s servant leadership and team effectiveness. Secondly, the current study further investigated the relationship between these two constructs. The results are as follows: (1) the perception of team members with diverse backgrounds differ significantly in project manager’s servant leadership, (2) the perception of team members with diverse backgrounds differ significantly in team effectiveness, (3) the project manager’s servant leadership highly associates with the team effectiveness.
