Study on the Trend and Challenge of Fintech on Financial Services

金融科技（Fintech）的出現，已經大幅重塑了金融產業的生態。本研究主要探討金融科技相關議題，例如Fintech如何迅速在市場上不斷發展，同時產生創新、低成本的金融服務，其利用現今自動化服務、點對點（P2P）結構，以及比今天傳統金融服務更貼近民主化的金融服務市場。本論文亦將探討傳統的金融服務業如何運用結合Fintech之混合型的服務管道，與Fintech的新創業公司去競爭。同時也將探討現今市場趨勢如何影響Fintech發展空間，例如個人對於理財規劃的參與程度或是市場整體成交量的增加。

The emergence of financial technology (Fintech) has dramatically reshaped the ecology of finance industry. This study focuses on Fintech-related issues, such as how rapidly Fintech evolving in the market, while yielding innovative, low-cost financial services which utilize today's automated services, peer to peer (P2P) architectures, as well as closer to democracy of financial services market than today’s traditional financial services. The paper will also discuss how the traditional financial services are operating new, hybrid services that integrate traditional financial planning services, in order to compete with Fintech startups. It will also explore how the current market trends, such as the greater involvement of individuals in financial planning and overall increasing market volume, are affecting the development of Fintech space.
