大數據平台之採用要素探討──科技接受模式與DEMATEL之應用

企業的競爭力，往往取決於是否能將資訊科技善加利用，當前，如何有效導入大數據平台，已經成為許多企業必須面對的重要課題。本文旨在運用科技接受模式（Technology Acceptance Model; TAM） 與DEMATEL （Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory），探討影響中小企業採用大數據解決方案的因素。研究結果發現「認知有用性」（PU）是相關性最高的因素，而外在變數中，「運算效能」（EF）則是的核心影響因素。本研究有助於了解中小企業關於大數據平台的採用課題，期能幫助中小企業順利引進大數據平台而提升國際競爭力，另一方面，亦可作為大數據平台業者的有用參考，以利於產品與服務品質的改善。

It is believed that the adoption of big data platform by enterprises will redefine the competitive landscape of their industries. The main purpose of this research is to explore key factors of big data platform adoption using TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) and DEMATEL (Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory). The results show that 'perceived usefulness' (PU) is the most relevant factor, while the 'operational effectiveness' (EF) is the key influential factor. This research can help SMEs to successfully introduce big data platform to enhance their international competitiveness, meanwhile providing useful suggestions for the industry to facilitate their product and improve their service quality.
