Due to the digitized Medical Equipment of Radiology (Medical Imaging) , both imaging and transfer systems also turn more important. In the meantime, the Digital Medical Imaging Information Transfer Protocol, which was made for the imaging exchange between different brands of machines, has gradually standardized nowadays. General Electric Company, Philips and Siemens are the top 3 leader firms of this field, the main suppliers that settle the entire medical imaging market through merger and acquisition strategy. This study investigates cases of Taiwan’s medical equipment of radiology (medical imaging equipment) , to find out how to outlive the merger, acquisition and standardization of those leading companies, to cope with the future development and to bring up the core operations strategy. Small and medium enterprises can counsel with analyses of this case study for their future operation through examining successful and failing factors. |
