The research is from paper discussion and decision making factors for new product developing to find out the dimensions and the factors. Then we discuss with research, manufacture, sales and marketing management (experts interviewed method) to understand the conclusion and sort of dimension and factor rule. And set up the level structure to find the relationship between all factors. Then calculate the importance of structure and factor by Analytic Hierarchy Process. Last, put the result in factor importance order.hope the result could help business come out the best solution for new product technology and research. |
