The objective of this study is to explore the factors which affect the satisfaction of customers of Tan Trao Tea Joint Stock Company (TJSC) in Tuyen Quang, Vietnam. This thesis proposes a theoretical model, and a quantitative analysis is conducted. The results have shown that the factors which singnificantly affect the customer satisfaction of TJSC are product quality, price, and distribution channel and promotion program. The findings of this study are to help the managers of TJSC to increase the customer satisfaction and improve the competitiveness of TJSC. |
