護病間的互為主體性

Intersubjectivity in the nurse-patient relationship

本論文旨在釐清互為主體的哲學概念於護理學護病關係之應用。研究者分析相關文獻，並且以參與觀察的方式，收集實際的護理現象資料，分析護病關係中的主體、互為主體性的發展觀、護病互為主體的樣態、關係中的反思與超越。最後，指出第三者超越護病之主體性的可能，並與互為主體性，在開展照顧功能具有互補性。

The purpose of this study is to clarify the concept of intersubjectivity in the nursing practice. Researcher, as a participant observer, interviewed the subjective experience of nursing students and staffs in the hospital. After reviewing the articles and interpretative analyzing the data, we constructed four theme of the intersubjectivity in nursing care: subjects in the nurse-patient relationship, the development of intersubjectivity among the nurses and patients, patterns of nurse-patient intersubjectivity, reflection and transcendence of nurse-patient relationship. The results suggest that the presence of the Third can be used to transcend intersubjectivity in the caring context.
