Postmenopausal woman with epithelioid trophoblastic tumor: a case report and literature review

上皮樣滋養細胞腫瘤係最少見的一種妊娠滋養層細胞疾病。本文報告一名已婚51歲婦女，曾接受人工生殖技術卻從未正常授孕，到了停經後才發現罹患上皮樣滋養細胞腫瘤的罕見案例，我們因此回顧了現有的相關文獻。

Epithelioid trophoblastic tumor (ETT) is the rarest type of gestational trophoblastic diseases. In the current report, we would like to introduce a 51 year-old married woman who had a history of assisted reproductive technique but never achieved successful pregnancy, with the diagnosis of ETT when she was postmenopausal. We also conducted literature review to update the current knowledge.
