1896年日本人發現阿里山森林豐富的林相，將這片原始林闢建為重要林場，為了集運木材，1902年日人河合鈰太郎應總督府民政官長後藤新平之聘，進行實務調查，隨著鐵路的開通，阿里山的詩歌書寫伴隨著阿里山的開發而起，1912年森林鐵路修建開通，帶動伐木集材作業的興盛之外，亦打開了這一片美麗的天地，每一首阿里山詩都訴說著阿里山的故事。本文聚焦阿里山詩歌文學歷史的時間與空間書寫，可以說是詩史的紀錄。

Alishan Forest Area was first discovered by Japanese in 1899. In order to carry forest and wood products, a Japanese, Dr. ShitarouKawai, conducted a field survey in 1902. Along with the opening of the railway, poems about Alishan began to be composed. The opening of the forest railway in 1912 did not only promote the timber industry, but also make the beautiful area known to the public. Every poem tells a story about this wonderful place. The article focuses on the description of time and space in poetry for Alishan. and it can also be called a kind of record of poetry.
