袁濟喜《六朝美學》析評

Commentary on Yuan Jixi's Aesthetics of the Six Dynasties

六朝是中國歷史上非常黑暗的時代，又是文化光輝燦爛的時代。我國古典美學的主要範疇，如言意說、形神論、緣情說、虛靜說……等審美範疇，都是在此時正式確立。在中國美學史的鎖鍊上，六朝的確起了承先啟後的作用，其對後世之影響與貢獻，不容小覷。袁濟喜所著《六朝美學》一書，先介紹六朝時代的文化背景，並闡述美學形成的歷史因素。接著從人物品藻、玄學思潮和佛教哲學對美學的浸潤等方面去解析六朝美學，通過宏觀的透析，揭示出中國古典美學的文化特徵，是一本專題論述六朝美學的著作。本論文共分成如下章節：一、《六朝美學》一書之優點。二、對《六朝美學》一書之建議。

Yuan Jixi's Aesthetics of the Six Dynasties first introduced the cultural background of the Six Dynasties, and then elaborated historical factors in development of esthetics. Meanwhile, aesthetics was analyzed through evaluation on figures, a wave of metaphysics, and Buddhist philosophy. Such a holistic approach revealed the cultural identity of Chinese classical aesthetics, making this book a good resource for understanding aesthetics of the Six Dynasties.This paper has the following chapters. a. strengths of Aesthetics of the Six Dynasties, b. suggestions on Aesthetics of the Six Dynasties.
