《易經》思維與中醫思維之關係探究

To Explore the Relationship of the Thought between the “I Ching”and the Chinese Medicine

《易經》是六經之首，為中華文化的活水源頭，對中華文化產生巨大影響。中醫學作為中華文化特有的醫學系統，其理論體系在形成與發展過程中，自然與《易經》思維揉合交流。因此醫易研究一直是中醫基本理論的一大課題，古今醫家也多所探究，本文旨在探究《易經》與中醫之共同思維，嘗試以《易經》的陰陽、本經卦爻辭、繫辭等易傳之文獻開始，結合後代學者的闡述論著，切入《黃帝內經》的中醫理論與思維，歸納中醫與《易經》思維之關係，得出其思維方式主要包括有經驗思維、取象思維、辯證（哲學名詞）思維、系統思維及直覺思維。並期盼通過對《易經》的研究，可完整了解中醫理論的架構體系。

The “I Ching” is the first in the Six Classics and the original sources of Chinese culture, and it had significant influence on the Chinese classical culture. The Chinese medicine as a unique medical system in the Chinese culture, its theoretical system in the formation and development process was naturally affected by the thought of the “I Ching” . Therefore, many of the ancient and modern physicians explore the relationship between the “I Ching” and the Chinese medicine, and it was a major issue of the basic theory of the traditional Chinese medicine. This article aims to explore the same thought between the “I Ching” and the Chinese medicine. We begin with the yin and yang, hexagram and line statements, and Ten Wings, combine the future generation of scholars elaborate treatises, and finally cut into the Chinese medicine theory and thinking of the “Yellow Emperor's Book of Internal Medicine”. Then summered up the relationship between the Chinese medicine thought and the “I Ching”, was displayed on experience thinking, picking thinking, dialectical thinking, systemic thinking, and intuitive thinking. We look forward to the “I Ching”, and even more profoundly and completely understand of the architecture of traditional Chinese medicine theory.
