父母親職失能對少年偏差及性侵害行為影響之研究

The Impact of Parental Dysfunction to Juvenile Conduct Problem and Sexual Offending behavior

隨著社會變遷迅速，家庭的完整性受到關注，也注意到家庭功能對少年行為的影響。父母親職角色是家庭的主要負責者，其行為功能會影響少年行為的發展，因此探討父母親職失能對少年偏差行為及少年性侵害行為影響成為本研究的目的。本研究針對犯罪少年採用問卷自陳報告方式，蒐集少年父母親職在犯罪紀錄、精神疾患、酗酒及吸毒等四方面的紀錄，以及少年的偏差行為及其犯罪紀錄，了解其對少年性侵害犯罪行為的影響。結果發現，性侵害少年的父母親職在四項失能的人數百分比，皆比非性侵害少年的父母人數百分比多，且經卡方檢驗得到其在犯罪及吸毒二項達到顯著性差異。性侵害少年與非性侵害少年在賭博活動、午夜十二點還在外活動及抽菸行為等三項的頻率數達到顯著差異。有關犯罪行為方面，二組少年在竊盜、妨害性自主、違反毒品防制條例、違反兒少性交易防制條例等四項達到顯著差異。本研究結果，支持「父母親職失能」可成為性侵害少年與非性侵害少年類別的區辨因素。因此，對於家庭系統的關懷，評估少年父母親職效能，以作為處遇少年的重要參考。抽菸行為與吸毒行為二者連結在一起，就會發現性侵害少年在物質濫用較非性侵害少年來得少且顯著，這項差異有其特殊性，可以成為研究此類少年的區辨變項，具有意義的。

With rapid social change, family integrity is concerned, and we also pay attention to the impact of family function on juvenile behavior.Parents have primary duty for the family, their actions will affect the development of juvenile behavior features. Therefore, the main purpose of the study is to discuss the impact of parental dysfunction to conduct problem and juvenile sexual offending behavior.The research is adopted Juvenile offenders with self-report questionnaire, collecting records in four aspects including parental criminal records, mental illness, alcoholism and drug abuse, as well as juvenile conduct problem and criminal records, understanding the impact of juvenile sexual offending behavior. It was found that the percentage of the numbers of juvenile sexual offender 's parents are more than juvenile non-sexual offender's parents, and the percentage of the numbers reaches significant difference in crime and drug two categories by chi-square test. The frequency numbers reach significant differences between juvenile sexual offenders and juvenile non-sexual offenders in three categories such as gambling, after midnight outdoor activities and smoking. On the other hand related criminal behavior, the frequency numbers reach significant differences in four categories between two groups of juveniles such as burglary, obstruction of sexual autonomy, violation of drug prevention and control regulations and violation of child Prevention Act and transactions. The result of this study support 'Parental Dysfunction' can be regarded as a factor that distinguish between juvenile sexualoffenders and juvenile non-sexual offenders. Therefore, caring family system and evaluating parental function can consider as important references for juvenile sexual offenders. When smoking behavior and drug abuse behaviors both connect together, you will find juvenile sexual offenders are significantly and far less than juvenile non-sexual offenders in substance abuse. This difference with substance abuse issue has its particularity and meaning. This difference can also be identified the two kind of juveniles for research.
