This research is aimed at exploring the relationship among organizational learning, organizational justice and creativity. This paper's purposes are: (1) Find out current organizational learning and creativity of Tourism Industry in Macao; (2) Find out the relationships among employee's personal basic materials of organizational learning, organizational justice and creativity for Tourism Industry in Macao; (3) Explore the relationship of organizational learning, organizational justice and creativity. This study adopts questionnaire survey research method that includes organizational learning scale, organizational justice scale and creativity scale. This paper will elucidate that different backgrounds have difference in organizational learning and creativity. Organizational learning and creativity have correlation. This research contribution lies in the result can have advance both in academic and practice. |
