The separation of teachers and students makes it easy for learners to feel the lack of emotional support of teachers during the online learning, and then show a series of learning burnout. This paper constructs a framework of teacher’s emotional support in online learning, which contains three dimensions: the positive atmosphere created by teachers, the sensitivity of teachers and regard for students’ perspectives. Based on the Office 365 education platform, using the quasi-experimental research method, we implemented the online teaching, so as to explore the learners perceived teacher emotional support on the impact of learning burnout. The results shows that the learner’s perceived emotional support of teachers has a mitigating effect on learners’ learning burnout, and the positive atmosphere created by teachers has the greatest influence on the learner’s mood, and the teacher’s sensitivity has a significant effect on the behavior of the learners. The regarding for students’ perspectives has a significant effect on the learner’s sense of accomplishment. Therefore, during the online learning environment, the teacher for the emotional support of learners should be given sufficient attention. |
