With the development of ICT in education, there are more and more digital teaching practices. However, ICT fails to inspire its potential in digital classroom interaction as we ever expected. Based on the investigation of current digital classroom interaction through video analysis and questionnaire survey, this paper proposes a digital classroom interactive optimization framework from a perspective of learning analytics. The framework explores how to use technologies to collect, process and analyze real-time interactive behavior data in classroom, estimate students’ status and behavior, and help teachers launch precise interaction, effective instruct intervention and strategy adjustments, to improve the effectiveness of classroom interaction and strengthen deep learning in classroom. Using prototype development, experts’ interview and teachers’ survey, this framework is evaluated effective. As a general framework, the digital classroom interactive optimization framework based on learning analytics provides some ideas and practical methods for improving the effectiveness of classroom interaction. Its guiding idea of strengthening and deepening the integration of ICT and classroom teaching to promote deep learning will contribute to the construction of digital classroom. |
