中翻英同步口譯對母語不是英語的人（中文A英語B的人）而言，既要跟得 上講者的語速又要讓譯文聽起來不致於像機關槍掃射有壓迫感，是許多口譯學習者 和資歷未深的譯者共同的嚴峻挑戰。在結合Gile的精力分配模型(the Effort Model) 和釋意學派（the Theory of Sense ) 口譯理論的脫殼概念（deverbalization )的基礎上， 本文對中譯英同步口譯的簡化策略提供了案例分析。

Simultaneous interpreting from Chinese into English is a common formidable challenge for many learners and young interpreters in Taiwan. If English is not one’s native language， trying to catch up with the speaker while managing not sound like firing a machine gun often times can be a mission impossible. On the basis of Gile^ Effort Model supplemented by the deverbalization concept of the Theory of Sense， this paper analyzed examples of various simplification strategies.
