比較Ropivacaine/Lidocaine單一劑量同時在術中麻醉與術後止痛之效果

Comparison of Ropivacaine and Lidocaine to Provide for Both Perioperative Anesthesia and Postoperative Analgesia with One Single Dose

目的：此研究在比較兩種局部麻醉藥品，能在單一劑量中，同時提供有效的術中麻醉作用，及長效的術後止痛作用。方法：共82位接受痔瘡切除手術之病患，以雙盲方式隨機分為2組（R組使用ropivacaine，L組使用Lidocaine）。每組病人只接受指定使用之麻醉用藥，作硬脊膜外之麻醉方式。手術後，病人之疼痛度，生命徵象，併發症及Bromagesc血必須每30分鐘記錄一次。此次研究重點在觀察每一種麻醉藥劑之止痛效果維持時間。結果：較Lidocaine更有效提供痔瘡切除手術後之止痛。結論：Ropivacaine較Lidocaine能提供高度之止痛效果及較少的副作用。

The study is tried to find an agent of which can provide for an extra long-lasting postoperative analgesia, included the perioperative anesthesia, with a single dose of anesthetic being used. A total of 82 healthy patients were to receive epidural anesthesia for hemorrhoidectomy. Patients were randomly allocated into two groups (Group R - ropivacaine: and Group L - lidocaine). Each group had to receive a complete dose of definite drug for operation. After operation, the remained efficacy of anesthetic could provide for a further postoperative analgesia. The study was measured how long of the postoperative analgesic duration did the anesthetic last for. The result had confirmed that ropivacaine was more effective than lidocaine in prevention of postoperative pain after hemorrhoidectomy. Ropivacaine has a high quality of analgesia and side effects are minor than lidocaine.
