With the convenience of 24/7 service and the fairly high density, conveniencestores have become one of the important retail channels for magazines in Taiwan.The integration of supply chain management has been a very challenging issue interms of logistic related research. The mentioned research usually focused on asingle outlet but rarely studied the structure of dealers formed by several outlets.For that reason, this paper applies the methodology “Fuzzy cognitive maps” tomodel and explore the operation dynamics for magazine dealer. The results showthat the improvement of delivery performance and delivery regulation could significantly increase magazine dealer satisfaction and somewhat mitigate theproblems encountered. The result can be referred by merchants, and then furtherdeveloped into a strategy for both management and improvement. |
