An Analysis of Food Traceability System of Food Safety Law

國以民為本，民以食為天，食以安為先，如何讓食品從生產加工、儲藏、包裝、運送、銷售、消費之每個環節，都非常嚴謹，大家吃得非常安全，有賴建立良好食品管控制度，當前應從區塊鏈系統推動到「食品安全追蹤追溯系統上」以防堵業者造假之機會，本文特介紹食品追溯制度之主要內涵與技術，並介紹歐盟、美日、中國大陸上海市等之制度設計，並闡述台灣應如何仿效先進國家，落實此追溯制度，建立產銷履歷等，成為食品安全國家，以供各界參考。

We all know that People are the foundation of a country, that food is what People most concern about, and that food safety is the top priority. A solid food safety could not be built without a good food control system that strictly monitors each link from food production, processing, storage, packaging, transportation, sales, and to consumption. To block the existence of fake food information made by food industry, currently, the food control system should include the 'Food Safety Retroactive System'. This article would introduce the main idea and technology about the Food Safety Retroactive System, and would introduce the retroactive systems designed by EU, the United States, Japan, and Shanghai, China. And this article would also discuss about how Taiwan should follow these systems designed by other advanced countries to implement our own retroactive system, to establish the resume of production and marketing, and to become a country provide only safe food.
