公共運輸轉乘資料可視化設計：以宜蘭地區為例

Design of Transfer Data Visualization for Public Transit: A Case Study for Yilan Area

有鑑於轉乘乃是利用公共運輸完成旅運過程中經常發生的活動，因此轉乘點的服務水準以及與周邊地標點的可及性與移動性，都會顯著影響民眾使用公共運輸的意願。本研究參考德國柏林S-Bahn 環狀線旅行時間時鐘圖為基礎，設計出「轉運點旅行時鐘圖」，以「管理者」為使用對象，透過該時鐘圖資料直覺化的視覺呈現方式，可以讓管理者掌握轉運站的服務水準，以及與周邊地標點連接的不足之處，可以作為發展因應措施的依據，可以有效協助管理者改善公共運輸，提昇民眾使用公共運輸的意願。

Transfer is a common activity for public transit trips. The service quality of atransit station and the connectivity to interested points in the neighborhood areaaffect the acceptance of public transit significantly. This study adopted the basicidea of S-Bahn of Berlin and designed the “transfer station travel clock diagram”for administrators. By having this intuitive and visualization display of servicequality and connectivity of a transfer station, administrators are able to designefficient and effective action plans to improve the transfer service of public transit.
