五苓散治療胃食道逆流病例報告

A Case Report of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease Treated with Wuling Powder

本病例為四十六歲女性患者，自覺咽喉有梗阻感且偶覺胸前灼熱感已6個多月，在民國103年4月21日至本院中醫部尋求調理。經中醫四診後，給予五苓散加減，患者服藥頻率為3包／天，服藥後，患者除了咽喉梗阻感減輕外，胸前灼熱感幾乎不再出現，因國內期刊沒有關於使用五苓散治療胃食道逆流的病例，故提出此病例報告以供臨床參考。本病例為四十六歲女性患者，自覺咽喉有梗阻感且偶覺胸前灼熱感已6個多月，在民國103年4月21日至本院中醫部尋求調理。經中醫四診後，給予五苓散加減，患者服藥頻率為3包／天，服藥後，患者除了咽喉梗阻感減輕外，胸前灼熱感幾乎不再出現，因國內期刊沒有關於使用五苓散治療胃食道逆流的病例，故提出此病例報告以供臨床參考。

This is a 46-year-old female who has suffered from globus hystericus and heartburn sensation for more than 6 months. She visited our hospital for help on 103/4/21. We prescribe Wuling Powder after inspection, auscultation, olfaction, inquiry and palpation. She takes 3 packs a day and the symptoms of globus hystericus decreased and the heartburn sensation disappeared. There is no case report about alleviating the symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease with Wuling Powder, so we presented this case for clinical reference.
