八十一年度市售蔬果農藥殘留量調查

SURVEY OF PESTICIDE RESIDUES IN FRUITS AND VEGETABLES

全世界的農作物每年均因病蟲、野草為害而招致重大揖失。台灣地處高溫多濕的亞熱帶，更易因病蟲害而引起作物之產量、品質、生產成本及消費意願等直接間接的影響，因此不得不得適當地使用藥農。農藥是用來防除病蟲害的，多少都具有某一程度的毒性，但因具有消退性，如按規定施用，尚不致對國民健康造成危害。但農民如不按規範施用，例如提高施用劑量或提早採收農作物等，便會導致蔬果中農藥殘留問題，成為社會各界所關注的焦點。本局曾於民國76年11月至77年10月利用多重殘留分析法並配合有機硫礦劑之檢驗法，進行三十六種農藥殘量檢驗，經回收試驗結果顯示多重殘留分析適用範圍廣，敏感度高，適合作為蔬果農藥檢驗方法。

The pesticide residues in as93 fruit and vegetable samples were analyzed with a multiresidue method from July 1991 to June 1992 in Taiwan. The results showed that 327 of 1293 samples (25.3%) contained pesticide residues but only 55 samples (4.2%) violated the Tolerance set by Department of Health. the highest violation rate was found in beans. The incidence of pesticide residues varied from samples to samples, the highest incidence was found in cole & headed vegetables.
