酸棗仁湯治療失眠之機轉研究與探討

The Study and Reflection of the Mechanism of the Suan-Zao-Ren Tang (SZRT) in Treating with the Insomnia

酸棗仁湯為仲景方中治療失眠的第一方，自古而來即為治療失眠很重要的方劑，在國內的健保資料庫的分析中，亦為國內中醫師在治療失眠時的首選方劑。本文主要在回顧探討過去酸棗仁湯治療失眠的臨床人體試驗或是動物實驗，透過分析酸棗仁湯古籍中的證治機轉、有效成分、現代藥理或是臨床試驗，以提供酸棗仁湯在治療失眠實證的證據基礎、重要觀點與臨床運用，並建議未來人體與動物實驗的方向，以引導未來的研究與臨床。

Suan-Zao-Ren Tang (SZRT) is a famous and classic clinical decoction in the ancient Chinese book for the treating of the insomnia. It is also the first choice of clinic application of Chinese Medicine Prescription for insomnia and the sleep disorders of nonorganic origin from the National Health Insurance database. This article is primary retrospective to examine the extent to which research supports the use of SZRT in treating insomnia, a systematic review was conducted that included not only randomized human clinical trials, but also pharmaceutical researches in both English and Chinese literature. This review highlights aspects of SZRT treatments and studies important to guide future research and clinical practice.
