七十六年度巿售Mefenamic Acid製劑品質調查

INVESTIGATION ON THE COMMERCIAL MEFENAMIC ACID PREPARATIONS IN TAIWAN AREA FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1987

Mefenamic Acid 是一種非麻醉性止痛劑，能緩解輕至中度疼痛，為一使用非常普偏之止痛劑。為了解市售 Mefenamic Acid 製劑之品質，於七五年八月起至七十六年四月止，自台灣地區各縣市之藥局、藥房及私人醫院、診所抽購101件檢品，從事品質檢驗。全部檢品中，有膠囊劑63件、膜衣錠34件、未著衣錠3件、腸溶錠1件。主成分含量標示有500mg（40件）及250mg（61件）兩種。所有檢品均為國產品，分別由33家藥廠製造。此次品質調查之檢驗項目包括：重量差異試驗（含未著衣錠及膠囊劑、崩散度試驗（含膜衣錠、未著衣錠及腸溶錠）、鑑別試驗及含量測定試驗。含量測定試驗採用之紫外線分光光度法源自鑑別試驗項，其法略如下：取20 顆檢品測其平均重量（內容量）後，稱取相當於主成分 100mg 之檢品粉末，置 100ml 容量瓶中，以鹽酸─甲醇（1 → 1000）溶液溶解並稀釋至刻度。過濾，取濾液 1ml 置 50ml 容量瓶中，以上述溶媒稀釋至刻度。以鹽酸─甲醇（1 → 1000）溶液為空白對照液，測定 350nm 吸光度。並與同濃度（20μg/ml）之 Mefenamic Acid 標準品溶液比較，依 Beer-Lambert 定律計算檢品中主成分含量，並以對標示量之百分比表示。合格範圍為標示量之92.5-107.5%。

One hundred and one samples of commercial mefenamic acid preparations in Taiwan area were collected at various time of the fiscal year for analysis. The analysis in luded weight variation tests (for capsules and uncoated tablets only), disintegration test (except capsules), identification test and strength determination. All samples passed the first three tests, but three samples failed to fulfill the assay specification of BP 1980, which is 92. 5-107.5%.
