市售冷燙劑之品質調查

QUALITATIVE INVESTIGATION OF MARKETED COLD PERM PRODUCTS

為瞭解市售冷燙劑之品質，於81年9月至82年5月間在本省西部十八縣市抽購冷燙劑108件，均為以硫醇基乙酸（Thioglycol1icacid）及其鹽類為主成分之二劑式冷燙劑。共有13件之許可證非行政院衛生署所核發，逕判不合格，其餘95件檢體分別檢視第一、二劑外觀，檢驗第一、二劑之pH值，主成分之鑑別及含量測定，並測量第一劑之鹼度等，就檢驗所得結果，依原廠規格予以判定，結果發現第一劑含量不合格者占95件之23.2%，第二劑含量不合格者為35.8，且外觀顏色一項不合格者第一劑占95件之36.8%，第二劑為28.4%，若依95件檢體而言，其不合格率為88.4%，倘若不考慮其外觀、品名及許可證不符之情況，則不合格率為62.1%，顯示冷燙劑製造業者對於品質管制仍未臻理想。

In order to understand the quality of marketed cold perms, 108 samples were purchased in the western area of Taiwan from Sept. 1992 to May 1993. The variables examined in the first and the second lotions of cold perm included: (1) appearance, (2) pH value, (3) identification and determination of active ingredients, and (4) the alkalinity of the first lotion only. The results indicate 13 samples were sold with counterfeit license, and 59 samples did not comply with the manufacturer's analysis specifications. The high ratio of violation is the same as found in previous investigations. Education and random inspections are still required to assure that manufacturers continue to improve their product quality.
