市售美髮劑中Phenylenediamine類與Aminophenol類氧化染髮成分之調查

INVESTIGATION ON ADULTERATION OF OXIDANT DYES (INCLUDING PHENYLENEDIAMINES AND AMINOPHENOLS) IN MARKETED HAIR-TONICS

為了解市售美髮劑是否摻加氧化染髮成分phenylenediamine類及aminophenol類，自81年9月至82年5月間，由本省西部18縣市隨機抽購103件檢體，經以薄層層析及氣相層析法進行檢驗，結果檢出上述成分者有48件（占46.6%），完全未檢出者55件（占53.4%），按規定未申請查驗登記之美髮劑不得添加氧化染髮成分，此類產品實有進一步加強管理稽查之必要。

In order to assess the degree to which oxidant dyes (including phenylenediamines and aminophenols) adulterate marketed products of hairtonics, 103 samples were purchased in the western region of Taiwan from September 1992 to May 1993 and analyzed by TLC and GC. The results indicate that 48 samples (46.6%) were adulterated which oxidant dyes.
