市售何首烏藥材真偽之調查

SURVEY ON THE COUNTERFEITS OF POLYGONI MULTIFLORI RADIX IN TAIWAN

為調查本省市售何首烏藥材真偽情形，自本省北、中、南部藥材店、青草店及觀光區山產店，抽購檢體30件。以官能檢查、粉末鑑別、薄層層析法，加以鑑別。所得結果，藥材店12件檢體中，未發現偽品，而青草店、山產店的18件檢體中，有17件偽品，只有1件為真品。

In order to understand the counterfeits of Polygoni Multiflori Radix in Taiwan, 30 Samples obtained from the herb market including Chinese medicine stores. Herb stores and herb vendors at the sightseeing areas were identified by organoleptical observation, histological examination and thin-layer chromatography. The results showed that the percentages of counterfeits of Polygoni Multiflori Radix obtained from Chinese medicine stores, herb stores and vendors at the sightseeing areas were 0%, 92.3%, 100%, respectively, and the counterfeits were identified to be derived from Dioscorea bultifera L. (Dioscoreaceae).
