熱硬化性（以甲醛為合成原料）塑膠食器之衛生安全調查

SURVEY ON SANITATION STATUS OF FORMALDEHYDE-MADE TABLE SERVICE FOOD UTENSILS

本調查研究旨在瞭解以甲醛為合成原料之國產熱硬化性塑膠類食器之衛生安全情形。檢體係於75年8月至76年6月間由全省六縣市抽購該類餐具計112件；依據衛生署公告食品器具、容器，包裝衛生標準及檢驗法予以檢驗。分析結果計有23件檢體與該標準之規定不符（佔20.54%）；包括材質試驗不合於規定者8件，分別為鉛項3件與鎘項5件；溶出試驗不符標準者計18件，分別為蒸發殘渣項12件，高錳酸鉀消耗量10件，甲醛陽性17件，重金屬超過標準3件（其中有3件檢體之材質試驗與溶出試驗均不合於規定）。

In order to investigate the sanitation and safety of 112 samples formaldehyde-made table service food utensils in Taiwan area were analyzed. The result indicated that 20.54% of formaldehyde-made plastic table service failed to meet the hygienic standard of food utensils, containers and packages, The dead content of 3 samples and the cadmium content of 5 samples failed to meet the standard of material test. Eighteen samples failed to meet the standard of dipping test, including evaporation residue of 12 samples, consumption of potassium permanganate of samples, heavy metals of 3 samples, formaldehyde of 7 samples were detectable.
