國小福利社及校外附近商店兒童零嘴類食品中著色劑、人工甘味劑及防腐劑之調查

SURVEY ON THE COLORING AGENTS ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS AND PRESERVATIVES IN CHILDREN FOODS SOLD IN THE GROCERIES OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS INSIDE AND CUTSIDE

逢機抽驗台灣北、中、南、東四個地區之國小兒童零嘴類食品，包括蜜餞、豆干豆絲、糖菓……等共1971件，分別為著色劑662件，人工甘味劑657件，防腐劑652件之使用情形。經檢驗結果顯示：著色劑有7件檢體使用規定外之煤焦色素，佔受驗檢體1.06%，人工甘味劑有74件不合格，佔受檢驗體11.26%，防腐劑不合格有70件，佔受檢驗體10.7%。

1971 samples of children foods, included preservese, saybear processed foods, candies…… etc, were collected from the northern, central, southern and eastern area of Taiwan. Coloring agents, artificial sweeteners and preservatives in children foods were analyzed according to CNS methods. The result showed that coloring agents in 7 samples, as 1.06%, artificial sweeteners in 74 samples, as 11.26%, and preservatives in 70 samples, as 10.7%, failed to meet thy hygenic standard.
