防曬劑化粧品中 Benzophenone-3、Octyl Methoxycinnamate 及 Octyl Dimethyl PABA 成分之調查

INVESTIGATION OF THE CONTENTS OF BENZOPHENONE-3, OCTYL METHOXYCINNAMATE AND OCTYL DIMETHYL PABA IN THE SUNSCREEN RPODUCTS

自民國83年8月至84年5月於台北，基隆，新竹及高雄等地抽購進口及國產防曬化粧品共五十件，參考本局常用藥物化粧品檢驗方法利用高效液相層析儀進行樣品中benzophenone-3，Octyl methoxycinnamate及octyl dimethyl PABA三種防曬成分鑑別及含量測定。結果五十件檢體檢出四十五件其含量均符合限量並在標誌量90-110%內。國產檢體十一件有一件其標籤上未標示含量，進口檢體三十九件中，十二件無許可字號，十五件有一般化粧品字號但檢驗出防曬成分，二件與標示不符，一件其所載核准字號經查早已未曾核發該字號許可證。

In order to assess the quality of commercial sunscreen products, fifty samples (11 domestic, 39 imported) were purchased during 1995. All samples were analyzed for contents of benzophenone-3, octyl methoxycinnamate and octyl dimethyl PABA by HPLC method. The results showed that the sunscreen ingredients of all the samples met both the original formulation for license application and the requirement prescribed by official regulation. Twelve imported samples however were sold without I icense.
