市售生鮮豬肝及雞肝中磺胺劑殘留量之調查

INVESTIGATION OF SULFA DRUGS RESIDUES IN PORCINE AND CHICKEN LIVERS

磺胺劑為一系列合成抗微生物藥劑，於禽畜飼料中常單獨或與氯四環素、歐美德普、卡巴德等其它動物用藥一起使用，以預防或治療禽畜類之球蟲病、下痢等症狀。由於使用此藥劑於治療禽畜之疾病時，必須投以相當藥量方可發揮效果，否則不但未能發揮殺菌作用，反而促使耐藥性菌之產生。為防杜禽畜飼養業者未能嚴格遵守使用量及停藥期之規定，造成此藥物殘留於禽畜產品，並經人體之攝食而影響人體健康，故本計畫乃針對市售生鮮豬肝及禽肝進行磺胺劑殘留量之檢測分析，並將所得之結果供農政及衛生主管機關參考，以確保產品之衛生安全及消費大眾之健康。

A total of 699 samples including 572 porcine livers and 127 chicken livers were collected during the period between July 1992 and June 1993 in Taiwan. Sulfa drug residues (including sulfathi azole, sulfamethazine, sulfamonomethoxine, sulfadimethoxine and sulfaquinoxaline) in samples were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by thin layer chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography, respectively. Of 699 samples tested only a single porcine liver was found to contain sulfamethazine residue, and the level, 1.33 ppm, exceeded the tolerance set by Department of Health.
