市售含Codeine Phosphate鎮咳液劑之含量調查報告

QUALITY INVESTIGATION ON CODEINE PHOSPHATE IN COMMERICIAL ORAL ANTIUSSIVE LIQUID

Codeine Phosphate 為麻醉管制藥品，在治療劑量內使用為良好之鎮咳劑，但製劑中 Codeine Phosphate 含量過低影響鎮咳效果，含量過高又長期連續使用漸次增量，亦有可能造成成癮性，如不法廠商於製劑中未摻加該成分，而將 Codeine Phosphate 流入市面，則亦有可能轉為其他用途，故進行本計畫期能提供品質現況之資料供為參考。本計劃分赴台灣地區各縣市藥房、藥局抽購150件含 Codeine Phosphate 成分之鎮咳液劑。

150 Samples of oral liquid preparation were taken from drugs market in the Taiwan area, and the active ingredient Codeine Phosphate were analyzed by gas-chromatography method. The result showed that 13 of samples (8.7%) did not meet the regulatiar requirement.
