《靈樞經脈篇》十五絡脈臨床應用解析與探討

Investigate the Clinical Application of Fifteen Network Vessels in “Lingshu Chapter 10: The Conduits”

黃帝內經《靈樞經脈篇》首度記載十五絡脈的絡穴名稱、循行及虛實病候。十五絡脈的組成，由十二經脈在四肢部各分出一絡，再加上軀幹前後之任脈絡、督脈絡及軀幹側面脾之大絡，共成為十五絡脈。其中，十二絡脈能溝通表裏兩經，加強十二經脈中表裏兩經聯繫，能反應表裏兩經病候；軀幹部分出的三絡，如網狀系統般散布身體前後及側面，起著滲灌濡養全身氣血的作用。每一別絡有一所屬絡穴，具備獨特的循行與虛實病候主治，臨床功用明確且療效顯著，值得深入探究。本論文將依《靈樞經脈篇》之原文記載為主，輔以其它古籍文獻及現代研究期刊等論述為佐證，進行十五絡穴臨床應用解析與探討，將其主治病候進行歸類與統總，以期能夠對十五絡脈有更深入的理解，於臨床診療時產生助益與啟發。

＂Huangdi Neijing Lingshu Chapter 10: The Conduits＂ firstly record the names, circulation and syndromes of fifteen network vessels. Fifteen network vessels is composed of the branch in four limbs from twelve meridians, plus ＂controlling vessel＂ in the front of the body, ＂governing vessel＂ in the back of the body and ＂great network vessel of the spleen＂ in the side of the body. Among them, each two of the twelve branch of twelve meridians can communicate with its exterior or interior meridian, which can reflect syndromes of both of the two meridians. The three network vessels of the body, controlling vessel, governing vessel and great network vessel of the spleen, like a net covers the whole body, provide qi and blood nursing the body. Each of network vessels have its own network point, which can cure specific disease that include repletion(shi) and depletion(xu) pattern. The clinical application of fifteen network vessels is clear and having significant effect, and worth further study. This article based on original text from ＂Lingshu Chapter 10: The Conduits＂, supplemented by literature from ancient books and article from modern studies ,investigates the clinical application of fifteen network vessels and classifies syndromes that each network point can cure, which may inspires more strategies on treatment.
