中國呼聲 理應傾聽－－評陳安教授專著《中國的吶喊》

China’s Voice Deserves Hearing－Comments on Prof. CHEN’s “The Voice from China＂

兩年前出版的一部鴻篇力作──《中國的吶喊》，時至今日，我才有機會拜讀。該書的作者陳安教授曾經多年擔任中國最好的學府之一──廈門大學的法學院院長，又是中國國際經濟法學會的創始人之一，並長期擔任該學會的會長。陳教授是中國國際經濟法學領域最負盛名、最為傑出的學者之一，也是碩果累累、最為多產的學者之一。

Although it was published two years ago, I have just had a chance to read Prof. An Chen’s weighty volume, The Voice from China. Dean for many years of Xiamen Law School, one of China’s best, and a founder and long the head of the Chinese Society on International Economic Law, Prof. Chen is one of China’s best known and most distinguished scholars in the field of international economic law. He is also one of its most prolific and productive.
