The Improvement of the Legal Institution of the Internationalization of CNY with the Respective of the Belt and Road Strategy

“一帶一路＂戰略的目標在於積極推進沿線國家的相互對接，互利合作。其中，在國際貨幣金融體系中，這些國家為中國有相似的利益需求，這為貨幣合作提供了可能。“一帶一路＂戰略所提倡的“親誠惠容＂理念及亞投行等採取的貸款支持、對外援助則為推進人民幣從貿易結算貨幣向投資貨幣以及儲存貨幣創造了有利條件。對此，我國還應考慮如何建立國內配套法律體系、區域合作體系，從而防範人民幣國際化進程中可能出現的風險。

The Belt and Road Initiative is aimed at promoting jointly built through consultation and mutually beneficial cooperation of the countries along the Belt and Road. Under the international monetary system, these countries and China have similar benefits and thus it affords the possibilities of financial cooperation. The diplomacy featuring amity, sincerity, mutual benefit and inclusiveness and the loan support and aid provided by the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank will advance the internationalization of CNY. It is important to set up domestic affiliated law systems and regional cooperation systems, to avoid the risks during CNY’s transform from trade settlement currency to investment currency and reserve currency.
