Farewell Speech of Yuejiao Zhang at the Appellate Body of WTO─the Proposal of Ten Reforms

時光飛逝。作為WTO最高裁決機構──世界著名的WTO上訴機構的一員，我已經完成了8年的工作。這過去的8年是我50年職業生涯中最值得紀念的時光。在上訴機構任職是一種無上的榮耀。我想要感謝所有那些能夠使我成為這個獨特機構一員的人。

Times flies very fast. I have completed eight years of service as a member of the world-renowned Appellate Body which is the highest adjudicative body of the WTO. These past eight years have been the most rewarding of my fifty years of professional life. Serving on the Appellate Body has been a deep honor. I would like to thank all those who made it possible for me to be part of this unique institution.
