護理管理哲學的概念分析

The Philosophy of Nursing Management: A Conceptual Analysis

這是一篇探討哲理的概念性文章，筆者希望為護理學術教育界與實務界的專業人員，提供一個涵蓋護理學、管理學、哲學三者的考察介面，做為增益學術教育和改善實務的理念參考。具體作法即是自護理哲學和管理哲學的雙重視角，尋求與護理管理對話的機會，進而闡述建構護理管理哲學的可能。我主張對「護理管理」最恰當的定位，即是視之為「非營利組織管理」的一環，並且做為「醫療機構管理」不可或缺的重要元素。倘若一問醫療院所，能夠超越公部門或和部門的管理模式，走向第三部門的非營利組織管理模式，就有機會讓護理的關懷理想，與組織的人本精神密切結合，進而促成互利共榮的局面。

This is a conceptual article about philosophy. The author aims to provide nursing professionals, both academic and clinical, with a point of reference covering nursing, management and philosophy, which it is hoped, will contribute to improvements in both academic and clinical nursing. The specific approach adopted is the dualistic perspective of philosophy of nursing and philosophy of management, searching for opportunities to communicate with nursing management, and, further, the possibility of establishing a philosophy of nursing management. The author argues that the most appropriate orientation for nursing management is that of a form of nonprofit organization management, and an indispensable element of health care management. If a medical institution can transcend public sector and private sector management models and adopt a nonprofit organization, management model, it could succeed in integrating the caring ideal of nursing with a humanistic organizational spirit. This would be beneficial to all parties with a stake in the effective provision of nursing care.
