照顧者負荷之概念分析

A Concept Analysis of Caregiver Burden

「負荷」是照顧者長期照顧慢性病人所引起的主觀、負向的認知過程；本文依據Walker和 Avant（1995）所提出的概念分析步驟對於「照顧者負荷」進行概念分析，確認「照顧者負荷」的定義性屬性，提出典型、邊緣及相反案例加以說明，並分析「照顧者負荷」發生之前因及後果，以提供護理人員協助長期照顧慢性病人的家屬「尋求平衡點」，以減輕照顧者身、心、社會等層面的負荷。

The purpose of this article is to analyze the concept of caregiver burden. Walker and Avant's concept analysis framework is used to identify the conceptual definition of burden. The analysis will provide model, borderline, and contrary cases to explicate, in order to analyze the antecedents and consequences of caregiver burden. The result of this analysis will provide better understanding of caregiver burden and help nurses to reduce the burden related to physical, psychological and social problems of caregivers.
