出席「第77屆國際圖書館協會聯盟（IFLA）年會」紀要

「國際圖書館協會聯盟」（International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions， 以下簡稱IFLA）是目前全球最大的圖書館聯盟， 該聯盟2011年的「世界圖書館資訊大會：第77屆國際圖書館協會聯盟會議及委員會」（World Library and Information Congress: the 77th IFLA General Conference and Council，以下簡稱WLIC）在波多黎各聖胡安市（San Juan, Puerto Rico）的波多黎各會議中心（Puerto Rico Convention Center）舉行，會期從8月13日至8月18日。
