利用輔助機構來協助搬運,藉此增加搬運效率、縮短搬運時間、更重要的是確保搬運勞工的作業安全,一直都是職場勞動安全的重要課題。經由職災案例分析,不當的搬運輔具容易造成受搬運物體不平衡、傾倒、費力,而造成職災或職業傷害。因此本研究以開發可爬階梯之輔助重物搬運機具設備為主軸,將探討不當搬運所造成的職災,獲取災害發生的可能原因與未注意之事項等相關工安資訊,據此背景設計新型輔助重物搬運機,此該機具可以具有爬昇、下降階梯,並具有自動平衡及防傾覆之控制功能。期能落實搬運機械技術本土化,保障勞工職場搬運作業安全。
英文摘要
TRecently, by using innovative machine to assist material handling is an important topic for occupational safety research issue. Hence, how to reduce handling time, increase handling efficiency and guarantee labor operation safety is the first priority of occupational safety study in material handling area. By the analysis occupational accident case study, inappropriate material handling machine will spread the occupational accident probability. Therefore, the main goal of this research will concentrate on the development of a new type material handling-aided-machine to provide a valuable device for labor in material handling work. Firstly, this paper will basis on the analyses of the occupational accident case to explore potential accident situation. Such information is useful for design material handling-aided-machine. Moreover, the proposed novel device will own stair-climbing and stair-descending. It also exhibits auto balancing function and prevents falling down device. Hopefully, the proposed novel device investigated in this research owns the potential to be developed into commercial products. It not only provides useful machine for material handling, but also can promote safety product market in Taiwan.
