The popularity of inspection equipments utilization for Traditional Chinese Medicine is quite low in Taiwan. Challenges related to clinical adaptation have been related to minimum operation automation, lacking of operation protocol, non-standardized recorded format, and lacking of data fusion mechanism. This study has proposed a service automation architecture to support Traditional Chinese Medicine inspection in the clinics. Methodologies have included field observation, expert interview, equipments selection, process analyses and re-design, information system development, and pilot test. The whole inspection process have converged four traditional inspections and can be completed in 20 minutes. |
