親子參與高齡保健旅遊之研究

The Study of Elderly Health Check Tourism with Descendants Participation

台灣高齡（65歲以上）人口快速增加，高齡人口占比於1993年達到7%，使台灣成為「高齡化社會」。「高齡時代」快速成為重要的社會議題。隨著經濟快速改善，高齡者除了保持生活作息正常，亦開始注重休閒旅遊活動，但工商時代也帶來小家庭的發展，使得高齡者逐漸缺少家庭照護的協助。發展三代同行的旅遊活動，有助於提升高齡者出外旅遊的意願，並可藉由出外活動，促進身心健康。高齡者可透過參與預防保健活動，取代部分較為消耗體力的活動，藉以消除因為三代家人間的體力差距而產生的行程安排困難。本研究規劃整合健康檢查及旅遊服務，透過政府積極推動的高齡友善服務與標章，發展可讓三代家人共同參與的家庭保健旅遊機制，預期可提升高齡保健旅遊的內涵與可行性，除了有益高齡者身心健康，亦可讓全民在地健康檢查的資源配置更加完善，對於政府醫療資源的有效運用、旅遊行程周邊景點及健檢、旅遊等相關業者的永續經營亦將有所助益。另外，高齡者可透過旅遊分享知識與智慧給晚輩，除了可滿足高齡者的精神需要，亦有助於達到文化傳承的目的。

Taiwan entered the era of 'aging society' in 1993 since its elderly population (65 or above) was accounted for 7% of the total population at that year. Elderly require not only considerate daily care but also appropriate leisure activities. Family support is another important concern to elderly care since elderly can be healthier with strong support from their own families. This research studies the feasibility of elderly health checkups tourism with descendant participation. Based on elderly friendly services and corresponding certificates in Taiwan, a mechanism for arranging appropriate health check tourisms for three-generation families is studied where the mechanism is expected to meet various needs of family members. The result of this research is helpful to the tourism industry to expand their business scope, to the prevention health care industry to use their health check equipment more efficiently, to the government to allocate health care resources more effectively, and to the young generation to understand traditional culture by interacting with elderly through the tourism.
