癌症個案管理資訊系統之評值

Evaluation for Information System of Cancer Case Management

本院自民國 92 年起開始實施癌症個案管理照護服務系統，民國 97 年起開始進行「癌症個案管理資訊系統」之設計與使用，本研究目的希望了解本院之「癌症個案管理資訊系統」之使用成效，期望作為改善個案管理資訊化之參考。本研究為採橫斷式調查法，設計「癌症個案管理資訊系統需求與評值問卷」，再以本院腫瘤個案管理師為研究對象，取得同意參與本研究，利用填寫問卷收集資訊系統需求與資訊化滿意度，以深入訪談分析資訊系統使用問題，將所得之資料以 SPSS 12.0 統計軟體進行描述性統計分析。本研究結果「癌症個案管理資訊系統需求與評值問卷」之 Cronbach＇s α 值>0.9，「癌症個案管理資訊系統」需要具備之重要功能有 26 項，但目前本院尚未能夠滿足所有重要功能，整體滿意度僅42.9%。本研究建議「癌症個案管理資訊系統需求與評值問卷」可作為預備開發「癌症個案管理資訊系統」機構之評估與使用參考，系統開發及維護應採行長久穩定的模式，最好納入全院性資訊系統規劃之一部分，以解決系統與院內其他資訊系統不易串聯的問題，同時可朝向無線網路搭配行動電腦方式發展，以將個案管理師的效率提升到更佳的層次。本研究結果可供臨床及其他醫療院所參考。

In order to improve the quality of cancer care, the case management model was adopted in an South Medical Center at 2003. The information system for cancer case management was designed at 2008. The purposes of this study were assessing the effects of cancer case management information system. Primary data was collected from the cancer case managers by executing the questionnaire and interviewing. Then the data was analyzed by using SPSS software 12.0. Cronbach’s α was >0. 9 at the questionnaire for needs of cancer case management information system. The overall satisfaction rate for cancer case management information system was 42.9%. The cancer case managers suggested that hospital information system plan should including cancer case management information system. From this study, the questionnaire, experience and study results were as the preliminary reference for someone who want develope case management information system in the further.
